Fillet of Trout from the Morzine trout farm, served with a celeriac and spelt risotto, a caper butter sauce and mange tout.

Vegetarian - Griddled courgette and halloumi parcels with with a celeriac and spelt risotto, a caper butter sauce and mange tout.
