Sunday - Confit Duck and Broad Bean Cassoulet

You cannot come to France and not have a cassoulet. Our summer take on this classic dish includes confit duck legs with seasonal broad bean cassoulet and fresh herby pesto.

Vegetarian - Broad bean cassoulet with roasted, herb-crusted mushrooms.
