Monday - 'Nduja- stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Delicate pork tenderloin stuffed with rich 'nduja and apples picked from our trees. Served with autumn-spiced roast pumpkin, a swiss chard sauce, green beans and pork jus.
Vegetarian : Aubergine involtini, served with autumn-spiced roast pumpkin, a swiss chard sauce and green beans.
