Adults' Menu Package (Meat)
Choose our semi-catered package for a hassle-free holiday. Here is what it includes:
- Fizz and nibbles upon arrival.
- Half a baguette and one pastry per adult, per day; freshly made at the local Boulangerie.
- Five two-course evening meals (see below for menu).
- Two bottles of wine.
Evening menu - Mains
Saturday - Local trout escabeche served with a zingy fennel salad and marinaded Ratte potatoes.
Sunday - Confit duck and broad bean cassoulet, served with a herby pesto.
Tuesday - Griddled guinea fowl and chorizo in a zingy piri piri and lemon marinade, served with pilau rice and sautéed summer vegetables.
Wednesday - Homemade herby pea falafel flatbread, served with naked slaw, spicy potato wedges and a basil and wild nettle aioli, hand-picked by our chefs.
Friday - Sticky pork ribs served with noodles and a spicy Asian salad.
Evening menu - Desserts
Saturday - Elderflower and strawberry cheesecake.
Sunday - Rhubarb and white chocolate crème brûlée.
Tuesday - Poached peaches on a sablé breton with sabayon.
Wednesday - Lemon and raspberry tiramisu.
Friday - White chocolate and apricot dome.
Please note: we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to process your order. Last minute orders are subject to availability.
We are happy to cater for intolerances and allergies. However, due to high numbers of orders, we cannot commit to catering for individual preferences.
